How to Sign Up for the "Best of Europe - 2008" Travel Tour

1.

Read Why Our Tours are Unique page to better understand what kind of tour we offer and to be familiar with our philosophy on group travel. You should also visit our Tour Conditions Agreement page. It will provide you with all the facts and details about our tour, including the tour price.

An application form is available that you can print and submit with your tour application.  This form is also available at the bottom of our  Tour Conditions Agreement page. For a helpful overview of tour costs, see the Cost Worksheet page.

2.

Fill out the tour application for the year tour. A copy of this completed application form needs to be submitted for each tour participant. Send it by mail to TSA Tours, at the address listed on the application form along with a check or money order for the $400 tour security deposit. Your security deposit is part of the total tour price and credited as such. Enrollment begins as of January 10, 2008. Seats for the tour are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your space on the tour is reserved once your application form and initial fees have been received by TSA Tours. Enrollment will continue until the available tour spaces have been filled. Those who enroll after spaces have been filled will be placed on a stand-by wait list.

Your entire tour and air arrangements can be purchased with Visa, Mastercard, or by personal check. Checks should be made out to TSA Tours, the agency whose travel meisters have been handling all of our overseas booking details since 1991.

3.

Once received, your application information is recorded and processed by TSA Tours, who places your tour funds in a secured escrow account. They then send you a receipt and a confirmation of enrollment letter. Reread the information included on the Tour Conditions Agreement page if you have further questions about necessary changes that may occur in your enrollment status (change of departure dates, need for cancellation, or tour deviation requests). This location also includes information about supplemental tour insurance that you may wish to purchase beyond the coverage that is provided in your free insurance package coverage. A waiver of pre-existing medical conditions is available to those who purchase this supplemental insurance from TSA within the first 10 days after initial enrollment.

4.

Shortly after signing up, you will also receive a confirmation letter from TSA and a copy of some forms that you will need to sign and return. Chemeketa Community College will then send details about the once monthly travel tour class meetings that are scheduled to assist you as you prepare for your exciting"Best of Europe" overseas experience.

5.

Sit back and relax. During the summer months prior to our departure date you will have the opportunity to learn about what we will see and how best to prepare in every way for your trip in our once-monthly travel class.

6.

Go to the airport, fly to Europe, and have the time of your life!
